Let's say Leo wants to secure a facility or certain physical (including human) assets or to put one of the other drugs into trials or to put B/P into the next phase. This allows him to do it quickly. Gives him leverage. Of course, it also would be dillutive. The $75 is just a number at this point. Doesn't mean it will all be used at once.

Though it would be dillutive, depending on what it's used for depends on if/when the "buyer" would sell. Then add in the other factors of the market reaction for the ability to absorb the "potential" selling.
