i'll assume provista has no interest in radient, since they said so themselves, and there is not one stitch of evidence linking the two companies for years . . . a reverse merger needs a public shell, which radient is not . . . the only loose end that needs to be tied is the voided corporation . . . it was supposed to be simple . . . just a bunch of past due filings and a fee, right? . . .

DC2, yes, i do agree . . . i expect the FDA to shut him down within 30 days . . . i also find it suspicious that he excluded his own civil jurisdiction, arizona . . . i don't foresee a perp walk, just a C+D . . .
