Honest, I don't remember that...I have a pretty good memory.


Oh wait - I remember - I was hoe recuperating with broken ribs just getting out of the hospital since I ended up with pneumonia from the fall that caused it....

So, no, I had missed it - When I saw the date, I knew immediately because I broke my ribs on 3-3 - my birthday!!

I can't believe Dale handed over the company to him.

On a good note - it does not appear to have any shares missing/issued that I could see - which shocked the hell out of me to be honest.

So at least that's a good thing.

But, hey - thanks for sharing that....
