That was my post. The arrogant ISRG rep said that to diminish the validity of Titan medical after I asked about it. I am sure that if I had asked him to name the 30 companies he wouldn't have been able to. If you ever get time to listen to the webcast from this summer below please do. The presenter discusses the main companies that are developing robots. However, I question his Knowledge Base since he was totally off when he came to Titan. He thought that they were still working on Amedeus. What makes it worse is that he is based in Canada. All he had to do was go to the website for his research. Anyway...Dr. Fowler called in and said that he feels there about 10 companies including Covidien and J&J working on a robot. I believe he was referring to Titan and the Surgibot company (sorry I don't remember the name of that company). He also set the presenter straight.
