Oct 30th is not etched in stone.

So don't be concerned if we don't hear tomorrow.

They said:
The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on October 30, 2014 and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

That said, I expect it to be close to that date and well subscribed for. That would be a great accomplishment in an otherwise tough jr. resource market.
