No, simply because something is posted online establishes zero credibility for the content... to wit, the preposterous Trump or Louis Gomert originated claims that Obama is not a U.S. citizen. The internet allows most anyone to say most anything about anyone else.

The Miquelon suit exposes the unfortunate underbelly of many (or even most) high profile public companies where questionable actions and decisions too often either near or cross the line of propriety or legality. And by that comment, I am NOT offering any excuse for corporate misbehavior. I am, however, simply observing that this on-the-edge brinksmanship is no different at Walgreens than elsewhere in the camaraderie of F500 brethren that walk the same, narrow line of "responsible behavior" every day of their corporate lives, with MANY failures and indiscretions noted for most of them as they navigate the confused and impassable landscape of "responsible corporate behavior".

What Miquelon claims is condemning, if proven, and will harm Walgreens, IMO. But Miquelon's own behavior with multiple indiscretions/convictions for irresponsible drunk driving allegations also puts his claims in the ozone-layer of questionable validity and credibility, again IMO.

I am not a WAG shareholder, at the moment, so I care a lot less than I used to about this suit. But at the end of the day, I really don't see it as any kind of gamechanger until the "facts" get separated from the legal battle for bucks that define most suits like this.
