In December 2010 Viropro had Rituxan clone and technology (used by Intas for product they now sell in India) I/4 the outstanding shares, 1/10 the liabilities and they had BPD. Intas, a developing biotech company was major shareholder. Biosimilar industry just getting stared. Viropro had real potential 4 years ago. Then Datar totally alienated Intas, the major share holder, by giving SH 525 million shares for Zero value. Now BPD gone. Alpha gone. Viropro has @ 1.6 Billion shares outstanding, no money, no business, tons of liabilities and things keep going from bad to worse. Not one good thing has happened in 4 years; just one disaster after another.
