If you want to invest in companies based on stellar people you will rarely find them in OTC stage.
Tony took over from old George a company on the verge of bankruptcy. Lots of notes long overdue. Cash flow improving but not sufficient to pay them off.
If I wouldn't own shares I wouldn't care to bash it one thing.
