Anytime I've seen an ASK Shares Available sit without change for several hours while millions of shares are being traded, the end result has always been a move upward. If you've been around long enough, you know that there is a major adjustment going on and positioning for the next PR and leg up. Watched it happen over the past day or so in HKUP and this one is doing the same thing.
