My response from Ameritrade was "Uh, because of our creditors, they decided that we needed to make sure that it's you placing the order."
"Why wouldn't it be me?"
"I know it's inconvenient, but—It's just our creditors decided..."
I knew I wasn't going to get more. I placed the order. She did it commission free.
