How could I possibly know? I can't say for a fact that it WON'T happen. Besides, that tactic makes very good sense for a company that is a sinking ship with no alternatives. I don't believe that is the case with SVFC. Again, carefully read the 8-K's. A R/S makes absolutely no sense.
