Question: Who Owned Phytosphere in February?

Phytosphere's ownership has been a little murky between the handoffs to and from MJNA/CANV. I'm asking specifically about February 2014.

Also, has Phytosphere ever been known to conduct lab tests of third party products?

I ask because I've come across a new CBD company that looks to be aspiring to fly by night status assuming they get off the ground and they claim to have a lab test of their product conducted by Phytosphere last February.

This may or may not be true, I have some reason to question this companies credibility. But if true, who owned Phytosphere at the time?
