Hey look at it this way, the PR they just released further shows basically what their intention is.
That company almost entirely has roots traced back to ATTBF and Phytalabs, those guys probably left huge paper trails because they are arrogant now the courts can decided. Once this ruling comes down, If its positive do we get to say, First MJ company to knock a competitor out?
No we don't and the reason why is our company has an image to uphold.
