I think he probably does and thats at the core of what this lawsuit is about, RSSFF basically is attempting to steal his plan, with all his ideas and the proprietary relationships/technology Phytalbs has which Affinor is clearly trying to poach. Once the injunction happens we probably will get a whole slue of news.....Why would Mike Further expose his plans to people who clearly can't come up with there own ideas so they have to take some one else's.
What a joke Afinor is get your own ideas, business plan, customers with out taking ours.
