subdivision should work for all of us . . . if not, how about "subsidivision"?

the point is nothing was spun off (no 8K), and what's left is void without a corporation, public or private . . . only a simple company is left . . . they could still have 100 subsidivisions, but there are no shareholders involved anymore . . .

i'm trying to pick the pocket of the big guys, while they're too busy robbing the bank to notice . . . long only . . .
