Politically, it appears to me that Watt won't make a move unless the pressure mounts much higher. One interesting prospect here may be in the case of Judge S response- one way or another. Her own 'standard' may be rudely tested... vis-a-vis the gov reps recent request (Oct 28, 2014). She seems she has a difficult position... given how 'valid' the gov claims have been so far... in the 'disclosure' matter and that the economy and the U.S. markets (with further impact on world markets) are at stake. That may indeed be something higher in importance than compared with the 'opposing case'.

This appears to me to represent a dilemma- weighing 'plaintiff' case vs the good for the 'larger collective'. Gov may have a case unless the premise (justification for the secrecy- non-disclosure) is not convincing more grounded to make it so. What may be legally right and fair to a special group vs what is in the interest of the good for the 'larger collective' may become a real challenge. Interesting juncture seems close here.
