From my point of view.... they seem to have come through with everything they have announced.... so if even one of the aquisitions....ie Blue....come through..... people wont care about the shares being increased and this will pop back to the 20s..... remember.... penny stocks make money on news of good revenues and aquistions.... none of us get dividends.... simply put..... one or all three of the announced aquistions comes through..... the pps goes through the roof..... I could care less if the ceo is satan himself.... as lng as the aquistions come through.....
