All of this is upstream from iHub and ADVFN. We all certainly care and are doing everything we can to get it resolved, but the issue is within the data carrier network and is the result of a failure there.
Of course, it begs the question of why they can't route around that cut cable, but that's a question for the post-mortem. Right now the focus is getting service restored.
