DC We find it foolish that someone would want to put a definition of "subsidiary" and claim both are the same.. Radient is now a division..Filings are the facts to skeptics only if it fits their agenda...This is great news for Radient investors..You are right DC..There are a lot of things that were going on behind the scenes now and in the last 5 years per PDX.....We see the merger taking place in early 2013..Remember the year 2015..That is when the lawyers can cash in on their $300,000 from their bartering of their services, also Mac and Akio had planned their largest ownership of stock options at 11 cents in 2015.. imo Wolf Pack....ahoololooooo
