AnG, I do Commercial RE, but am selling my house and moving 2 towns over back to Redlands. We're just going to rent for a year, so signed a lease yesterday.

It had an "anti=hording addendum"! I asked the agent and he said it's a new thing they put in all of the residential leases. DO you want me to get you a copy of it?
