they can't use more than 500 million shares without our knowledge as HJOE will have to file another 8K with the SEC.


You are very mixed up on this issue company's do not file with the SEC to increase their AS... thats done internally by a vote of the board of directors.

The SEC has nothing to do with the raising of the Authorized shares by a public.
