I am concerned about this deal. First, no one returns phone calls. Second, no Sheraton can verify the shareholder's meeting. I have a 25% return on my money so I am probably unloading my 300K shares at these prices this afternoon and see what happens. I may be wrong on this one but like they always say, bird in the hand ...
