Because Jala didn't deliver as they said they would do. Jala hit a handful of loacations, but missed the national rollout people were expecting a year ago when warrants were issued. The planning stage for the remaining 2014 should be over by now (I doubt supermarkets see yogurt bars as a Holiday Christmas item), so it is unlikely that more locations are added before 2015.
