Golddivision. How right that poster is. They shook the trees to gather shares for themselves.

To answer post number 81 by Tejass 91, the company would not want to put more A/S shares out there. They want the total O/S to stay where it is for the buyout of ten cents per share. Yes, even on the Pinks the Insiders would have to notify the SEC but it is something like 30 days after a certain time period ( i have forgotten the exact wording) but the bottom line is the deal will be over by the time they would HAVE to notify the SEC.
