pr clearly says dividend,confirmed by brad since as posted by others

and cwrn couldnt follow thru on uplisting because as cwrn's posted many times complaint alleges geo was withholding and commingling millions so cwrn couldnt file financials,which is why there havent been any quarterly reports

CA case will hopefully solve that problem soon
