Agreed, the price will go up!
Fed stop the QE, F&F needed to look for new buyers to buy their bonds, F&F have to be relisted in NYSE for their status, out of conservatorship, China won't buy or even look at this kind of junk bonds if their shares are trading in OTC and below one or two dollars!
