My personal opinion is that there's likely to be more dilution to complete this acquisition.
The loc is primarily for operational activities as per exhibit attached to 8k. Imo acquisition of this sort doesn't qualify.

The only other source of revenue is sale of products. .I doubt they'll use that . That's assuming they've even
made that much.
Also..the more shares they use for these things, the less they have to cover series B shares which would mean another A/s increase imo. Hoping for the best but prepared for the worst.
