Mr. Turner, neither Kerry nor myself were fired from anything unlike yourself.

Kerry and I have always been straight shooters across the board and will continue to be that way in the future.

Admittedly Kerry was the first of us to resign but even after she did, she was more than willing to tie up loose ends such as the C-series certificates that should have been completed months ago. Unfortunately for shareholders, Peter was unwilling to look past the nose on his face and now the shareholders are still looking for answers many months later.

On the other hand Mr. Turner your stint as former CFO of the company was instrumental in creating an absolute mess that Kerry and I inherited and tried so desperately to fix. Even folks that were brought on to do the job as CFO could not understand what it was that had been done during your stay with the company.

As for your claims that Kerry or I are responsible for any decisions or issues that were made by the company, you are sorely mistaken sir - investigations are designed by the very implication of their meaning to get to the "root cause of the problem" eg: the mess that was caused long before Kerry and I even knew who Peter Villiotis was - the problems that were caused by you and your "constituents" during your time as CFO.

Kerry and I are guilty of one thing and one thing only... our inability to clean up Peter's and your mess, and last I checked theres no penalty for failing to undo things that others have already done wrong... especially when said folks that you are trying to blame didnt even know the company existed while the parties were initiating the cause of the problems - you know who they are.... you were there... and the end result of the investigation will be... well... you are going to see in black and white the results.

Good day to you all :)
