I'm really not worried about the filing, at least not for a short time. I think there is more to not filing than them not having things ready. This is the first time they have done something like this, as far as I can remember, to give a date and then post pone right before. I think we will find out soon that there was a good reason and we will be so happy that all will be forgotten.
