dayneyus, the FINRA REGSHO Daily Short Interest is a meaningless statistic and definitely not a cumulative number as scam stock website play it off to be.

Call FINRA and ask them. The bi-weekly OTC Equity Short Interest report is the short position of a stock. It is currently 3,468 shares for BLTA;
