According to the 8-K's a M&A or JV is not out of the question. If one of those scenarios were to happen then a lot of the repairs will be taken care of. More than likely a new CEO, debts paid off, etc. Maybe even a new company but with the same science and technology led by Dr. Victor. The doctor wouldn't have to worry about being a CEO anymore and could just focus on what he does best. Doesn't sound bad. I'm just speculating of course but it can't be ruled out.
