At this price, 25 Mil shares diluted gets you $4 million.
Opening 1 new location would cost less than 10% of the shares.
Opening 1 new location would double the size of the company. Which could double the PPS.
10% for 200% sounds like a deal to me.
But the cell could do MUCH more.....
