Cash vs. property!! Some companies have both, some have one or the other. Easy to accomplish goals with cash. People are more willing to listen. People with cash are more apt to strong arm those with little or limited resources. Being REVO has no or limited cash but property that is very valuable it takes some convincing before people start to listen. People with resources are starting to believe in the value here. Now patience is key. BTW Wolf name one company that doesn't use forward looking statement in there K's or PR's. It would be suicide not to do so!!!
