Right now there's about 1.4B shares diluted since the R/S an increase of over 400%

So NEOM is diluting shares...
Approx how much money has been raised since after the R/S
& there were Approximately
350M shares @ .10
So they have diluted approx 1.1B shares to raise money

( IMO ) I would say NEOM has raised Approximately $10M - $20M Into cash ....
