Why are we talking certs? Right now concern should be focused on whether PVEC is a "going concern". Without life, certs are worthless. Getting something for nothing is NOT our biggest problem. Let it free from your mind. Better to focus on seeing something of substance from a company who, at this point, is on the ground and everyone is walking around.

A final nail in its coffin is a real possibility. We need a progress report. We need assurance that the cold mirror has fog on it! Breathing is a sign I most want to see now. The chest does not appear to be rising as far as I can see.
