Note the verbiage in the 8k. Amicable resignation. Left on good terms. Interesting choice of words

"The Company intends to replace Mr. Holubiak as a board member, as well as an audit committee and corporate governance/nominating committee member, in the near future."

Maybe insinuating multiple individuals will be replacing this individual. In the near future. Hmmm
