Wang is not going to be influenced by anyone, and that has been clearly demonstrated by his actions over words he past couple of years. Though it disgusts me, Wang IMO, is finally putting his strategic plan into motion via warehouse, gps, etc. via the wholly owned subsidiary. That is a smart move on his part. I'm in agreement with Novice that once everything is complete, we will see the real action respective to the pps, but probably not until qtr 1 of 2015.
Bernstein was nice enough to reply per post on this board and remained vanilla. He cannot say anything else resultant of a confidentiality agreement that certainly is in place. He, they, will be busy enough when the time comes.

Taking FCPG private, though a possibility, I consider it a major risk on Wangs part to do so. Yes shareholders get screwed, but who are the largest shareholders ----- Wang & Gong. They have significant downside if it is not orchestrated correctly, and that is a big if. Then Wang would have to worry about the private equity owners, Cedarville and the like. These folks have money, and would tie Wang up in lawsuits for an extended period of time. Tough to run a business that way when Wang would have to use every last yuan in defense. Not going to happen IMO.
The majority of posters have remained long over a period of two to three years. Not exactly what we expected, but wears another 4-6 months. The upside is tremendous. Not to be redundant, I've always stated this stock should only be acquired with speculative dollars. If funds are available, anything under .10 is a favorable purchase as a new entry point, or to continue to average down. David
