You are right there is no way conceivable to look at a 1 for 2000 RS as in the best interests of stockholders. My previous post mentioned that I thought a possible reason for the merger is that 212DB has financials problems and both companies view this as a way out of their individual situations through toxic financing. I am guessing that is a possibility but of course I hope I am wrong. As I posted before all I would like to get out of the CC is a hyped up message that causes the stock price to move up a little and then I am out of this mess.
