In response to my query a couple of weeks ago, John replied the last requested test results were submitted to the EPA in mid-August and that Medizone is waiting for the EPA response (approval, more tests, questions, etc.). He also stated their legal firm has stayed in contact with the EPA. Also, the legal firm is experienced in working with the EPA. (all my words, not a direct quote)

The bottom line - Still no word and waiting.
