From the MD&A filing on 10-28-14 under "Our Business Plan"

"Agreements in principle have been reached with two potential clients. Each one is looking to secure 250,000 tonnes of pellets per year. In One case, we are awaiting the agreement to be issued by their legal department outlining all terms and conditions. Once our review of document is completed, we expect to EXECUTE THE CONTRACT."
