Culbreth announced on June 9th a retirement of 1 million outstanding shares only to increase the O/S by almost 5 million since then.

Culbreth announced on October 21st a 'buyback' on notes and preferred stock holders. Does it really matter if he simply continues to increase the O/S regularly as he has done since the R/S, up about 1000%. Would have been better if there was some sort or commitment on freezing the share structure for a period of time..how about it CEO?
