I don't really believe in "the street," assuming you mean analysts and brokerage houses. It was very, very positive on the stock and the company while it was going from 84 to 66. And there has really been no change in position while it has gone to 112. If you mean big buyers, like pension funds, mutual funds, and hedge funds, I still think you may be wrong. Script numbers until the middle of December may produce buyers or sellers. I do agree that the biggest issue is pricing from ABBV, followed by script numbers from ABBV.
Agree that they have done a phenomenal job. But in the real world they have been over paid. And they surely should not be getting the kind of new options that have been granted. It is a real breakdown in our corporate governance system. A couple hundred million should be enough for anyone. JMO.
