Dilution at record levels...
that's the main Issue, imo.

Last 10Q: OS was reported as 18,030,724 shares of common stock are issued and outstanding as of August 11, 2014

Last 13G: On October 22, 2014 another 13G was filed showing that Coventry Enterprises, LLC owns 2,947,367 shares or 6.29%.

If ~3M shares are 6.29% of the O/S it was ~47M shares at the date of the 13G.

And that was over a week ago.
Currently with VNDM, VFIN and WDCO selling daily, i'd guess the O/S to be in the 60M shares.
