Keep in mind all the claims made about the network in Columbus Ohio before you give this any merit. They made claims of these speeds many years ago on the scam online show, Money TV. So these speeds are old news used for a new round of soon to be conned investors. This entire press release is very carefully worded just like every other OTC fraud to make it sound like they will be doing something big. In the case of this particular scam, they are "Preparing" That is their disclaimer. When someone that is part of this latest promotion asks questions like why isn't this built yet, Bill and his stooge Steven can say, they were in the preparation phase, not construction. They are guaranteed to make claims of delays and other problems until the new round of people realize they were scammed and move on.
