2:00pm Eastern time today the Fed puts out its final policy statement from its Tues-Wed meeting.
It is mainly all about the Fed meetings and statements every month, which affect the $USD & gold/silver.

Typically the biggest catalysts from the Fed are:
1) Policy Meetings.
2) Fed Minutes.
So on average once per month one of these 2 above catalysts occur and move gold/silver & $USD.
