I saw O/S of 66,000 on OTC also. Anyway you cut it, with this kind of decrease in shares, a big PR would make things very interesting. I just don't see the point if there isn't one soon. The R/S would be useless if there isn't a meaningful PR to prop up the new PPS and add confidence. I think the timing is interesting. It's been almost 4 months since CFG was first announced and we're obviously overdue for news on that front. Why an R/S now?
