First, I do not think the lawyers or accountants were given shares, as the Q showed money being paid for 'professional services'. Second, I do not have 'insider information' but can read into what people are saying. Finally, I believe that the accountant will be finishing up 2014, which will give them the two years of audited financials that are required. Any other questions about my thoughts on Bayport?
