More High school student than Prof I would suggest.You have to admit you were very bullish with little on no evidence. VTCo has been hawking its wares to any otc/pink for the past 18months,no doubt at a price, ACLP,HRDN,TLAG to mention a few.Review their history and demise at your leisure .As a matter of interest why did you think this was going anywhere other than south.
