If that increase in S/S was hitting the market why is all the shares traded short volume? I don't buy that there is no such thing as abusive NSS, as we see ML getting fined six million for it and we see the FYI 2014 SEC Budget talk specifically about that there are persistent NSS and the fraud that goes along with it. Imo, we are witnessing it first hand..
