Very interesting question.......

It brings an interesting discussion on what FINRA needs to do to, at the minimum, curtail blatant failures to deliver.

Shorting obviously puts downward pressure on affected markets, especially on the OTC, as there is much to gain because market makers really only care about fattening the bottom line, regardless of the collateral damage.

So, what to do? Uptick rule? Cap short percentages?



The easiest and safest way to curtail all the damage, and to really clean up the OTC.....

Would be to ban any and all public trading by Any Company that files FORM 15...............
